The kitten is being sold as a pet for the sum agreed upon and will be available for pick up at 8 to12 weeks of age. Spay/Neuter is required by the purchaser at 6 months of age.

A deposit of $300 must be paid to hold a kitten and is non-refundable.

The purchase price is also non-refundable.

You can request to be put on a "let me know when kittens are available" list by sending us a message form the Contact Tab

You can request to be on our reservation list by submitting the contract / kitten request form and paying a $30 non-refundable reservation list fee.

To hold/reserve a kitten from a current litter, a non-refundable deposit of $300 will be required and sending the contract / kitten request form. Contact us to make payment.

If pick-up day is not met, and other arrangements were not made, the kitten will be made available to another home.

Purchase price is non-refundable unless within a month after purchase the kitten is found to have a life threatening disease from a veterinarian. (proof would be needed and return of kitten required)

We cannot guarantee final coloring of cat (may change as they mature) or temperament of cat and we reserve the right to refuse placement at any time during the communication with new family.
Seller Agrees:

The kittens will come with health records and age-appropriate vaccines.

At the time of purchase (pick up) the kitten is guaranteed to be in good health.
Buyer Agrees:

Kitten must be paid in full at the time of pick up with cash.

All veterinary bills from the point of pick up are the responsibility of the buyer.

To spay/neuter the kitten at 6 months to a year.

If for some reason you are not able to keep the kitten/cat at a later date you will return the kitten/cat to the breeder and not a shelter.
We look forward to meeting you in person when you pick -up your new kitten either at our home or we can meet you the Sarasota/Bradenton, St. Pete or Tampa airport to deliver your new kitten.
